Revision for Rahina's paragraph as I could not post any comment on your dashboard

Everybody has (got) their own touching moments, even a (small) simple thing can touch our heart. They could be good or bad moments. Those moments came out through different ways for each person. (Just the same as other people) SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME ONE DAY THIS WAY, (I have my own way how I got those moments) AS I AM A (was) slightly introverted, it SOMETIMES makes me shy to do what I really want to do and (it) (sometimes) becomes the source of my touching moments. For example, once, I visited my grandmother in a hospital. She got a stroke. While I was there, I (could) only STOOD (stand) near her room's door AND STARED (staring) at her without saying any words. My relatives might have thought that I was a strong young girl because I did NOT (n't) even go near her to hug or (to) talk to her. They might have thought ALSO that I had such a "strong wall" surrounding me (so) AS that I did NOT (n't) cry like some people there did. But they were wrong ACTUALLY, They JUST could NOT (n't) SEE (read) what I felt at that time. They did NOT (n't) notice (it) while I was walking out to get my best hideout to cry. They did NOT (n't) know that I WAS regret why I could not express (my grandmother) how I love MY GRANDMOTHER AND how I was really afraid of losing her. It really touched my heart, though you didn't even know it. Now I HAVE ('ve) learnt to ease my shyness little by little. Lately, I notice that sometimes it Is fun to let people know what is in my mind. (Whatever it is), PLEASE CONSIDER THIS PHRASE.

*) too many use for the term “touching moments”, notice on bracketing words and capital letters, please.
